EVA Airlines has announced that they will begin a new direct route from Texas into Taipei on October 3. The new flight route will operate three times weekly from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, (DFW), to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, (TPE).
In a press release, EVA Air President Clay Sun stated that the airline was the only one in Asia with two routes to Texas. Travel + Leisure. “As the world’s third-largest airport by passenger traffic and transfer between major cities of the United States, Central America, and South America. Having service in this area creates more convenience to our passengers.”
EVA Airlines now has nine North American gateways. EVA Airlines also operates flights from Chicago, Houston Los Angeles New York San Francisco Seattle Toronto and Vancouver.
The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will be used to fly the new route. It is equipped with three different cabin classes, including Royal Laurel Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy.
