Saudi Arabia: Boutique hospitality brand Earth Hotels is opening its first two properties to Saudi Arabia in 2026. The total number of hotel rooms and serviced apartment will be 375.
Earth Riyadh is the brand’s first market entry into the Kingdom. It will be located in Al Maathar near the Diplomatic Quarter. It’s due to open during Q3 of 2026.
It will include 86 rooms including lofts and suites. There will also be a bar, lounge, coworking space for members, music room and wellbeing area.
Earth Jeddah will open in Q4 of 2027 as part of a mixed use waterfront development. It will feature 110 hotel rooms and 171 serviced apartments, marketed under Earth Living. Apartments will be available for both short-term and long-term stay.
The amenities will include a coworking space, event spaces and retail units that are connected to the Jeddah Corniche.
