AMSTERDAM – Two Dutch consumer groups said on Wednesday they are seeking affected customers for a legal claim against Booking.com (BKNG.O), opens new tabThe Consumer Competition Claims Foundation and the Consumers’ Association released a joint statement claiming that Booking.com has been overcharging consumers for hotel rooms since 2013, causing “hundreds millions of Euros in damages to Dutch consumers”.
