    Pullman Brisbane King George Square is thrilled to introduce their newly appointed GM, Dominic ‘Nic’ O’Donnell, to the team. O’Donnell has over 20 years experience in the tourism and hospitality fields. He is known for leading transformational initiatives, driving innovation, and fostering a culture that values excellence and customer satisfaction.

    O’Donnell also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has completed the Entrepreneur Leadership Program. He is also a CRASE (Cornell Restaurant Administration Simulation), a CHESS (Competitive Hotel Education Simulation), as well as a Certificate series in Executive Leadership.

    O’Donnell has worked for a variety of Australian hotels, including Pacific International Hotel Cairns. Shangri-La Hotel, the Marina Cairns. and Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort. Over the years, O’Donnell has successfully implemented solutions to improve operational efficiency, built strong partnerships with local businesses and tourism boards, and orchestrated strategies for market expansion. O’Donnell’s experience extends beyond the state.

    He has gained international experience by working in renowned establishments like the Traders Hotel in China, and Shangri-La’s Rasa Risa Resort Malaysia. In these places, he was responsible for resort operations and spearheaded sustainability initiatives.
