- Delta Air Lines is launching new direct flights from five new cities into Orlando, Florida.
- The airline will launch a seasonal route between Austin and Palm Springs, California.
- The new seasonal services are scheduled to operate from Dec 2025 through April 2026.
New flight options are available to travelers for their winter vacations.
Delta Air Lines introduced 14 new flight routes that include popular vacation destinations including Nashville; Orlando, Florida; and Palm Springs, California.
Sun-seekers planning to visit Orlando will have new seasonal offerings from Grand Rapids, Michigan (GRR), Kansas City, Missouri (MCI), Nashville (BNA), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PIT), and Indianapolis (IND). The routes will operate on Saturdays only between Dec. 20 and April 11, 2026. All of the flights will be operated on Embraer E175 aircraft.

On Saturdays, the Atlanta-based airline is also going to fly between Austin and Palm Springs, California (PSP), the service starts and ends on the dates of the Orlando routes. Coachella Valley is home to Palm Springs and La Quinta as well as Indio. La Quinta Resort, Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs, and the newly opened Palm Springs Surf ClubIt features waves that reach seven feet.
On April 14, the airline will launch a new service between New York City’s LaGuardia International Airport, (LGA), and Huntsville (HSV), Alabama.
Delta recently announced a few limited-time routes for college fans. The airline will offer special city-to-city flights to allow fans to catch their favorite games. For example, a route between Austin (AUS), the home of Texas Longhorns and Columbus, Ohio, the home of Ohio State Buckeyes, for the August 30th game. The airline will also fly to other games, including LSU against Vanderbilt in October 18, Tennessee at Florida in November 22, and LSU against Oklahoma on November 29.
