Dar Global and The Trump Organization have signed an agreement to develop Trump International Golf Club. Doha The Simaisima masterplan is located 40 km north of Doha.
The Simaisma project, which covers 8 million square metres, includes a Trump International Golf Course of world-class quality, a Trump Golf Clubhouse and approximately high-end brand villas that overlook the golf and beach. These villas will have direct access to both the beach and nearby luxury lifestyle destinations.
The Simaisima Masterplan, headed by Qatari Diar is set to transform Qatar’s eastern coast. It will include a 650,000 sqm themed park, tourism zones, a beach club and yacht marina. There will also be a mix of fine dining, cultural attractions and retail experiences.
The Trump-branded area will be one of the highlights in the Simaisima masterplan. This will strengthen Qatar’s global position as a hub for luxury tourism and investment.
