    The Clarion Hotel Airport in Portland, Maine, a 149-room property, has been sold with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group representing the seller.

    Clarion Hotel Airport is a 149 room full service hotel in Portland Maine. The transaction, which was managed by JLL‘s Hotels & Hospitality Group, which represented the seller. Jamsan Hotel Management has been appointed by the new owners to manage the property.

    The hotel was originally built in 1974 and offers a total of 7,000 square feet for meetings. This makes it a good venue for local conferences and events. The property also offers a restaurant on site, a complimentary shuttle to the airport, an indoor heated pool, a business centre, and a fitness center.

    The hotel is located in a strategic location at 1230 Congress St. and offers easy access to I-295. It is also close to the Portland International Jetport. The hotel’s convenient location allows easy access to Portland attractions such as the Cross Insurance Arena, the Portland Museum of Art and the vibrant business and dining districts. The hotel offers a variety of services to travelers from all walks of life, including tourists, business travellers, and conference goers.

    Managing Director Alan Suzuki led the JLL Hotels & Hospitality team involved in the transaction.
