Power 2025 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study. The brand achieved top rankings across six dimensions of the study, including guest room, hotel facility and connectivity, staff, check-in/out service, value for money paid and hotel staff.
WoodSpring Suites earned recognition in the distinguished study for a fourth consecutive year, having been ranked the #1 economy extended stay brand in 2024 and 2023 – since the category’s introduction – and the #1 overall economy hotel brand in 2022. WoodSpring is a brand that was built from scratch. It offers guests who stay longer a warm, welcoming atmosphere, spacious suites, and kitchens in the rooms at affordable rates. WoodSpring launched its latest marketing campaign “The WoodSpring Way,” highlighting the outstanding hospitality provided by its staff.
