    US: Hotel guest management tech company Canary Technologies, led by Brighton Park Capital, has closed a Series D funding round of $80 Million.

    Existing investors include Insight Partners F-Prime Capital Thayer Ventures Commerce Ventures Y-Combinator Y-Combinator

    The funding is the culmination of a number of partnerships Best Western, Aimbridge Hospitality, Marriott, Wyndham, TUI Hotels & Resorts, and others. 

    Canary recently launched AI Voice, WeChat and other features. The latest funding was used to expand the company.

    Harman Singh Narula is the CEO and cofounder of Canary. He said, “The hospitality sector is entering a brand new era powered with AI and we are proud to be leading this transformation.” We help hotels deliver better service, run more efficiently, and provide a more personalized guest experience at scale by using intelligent enterprise-grade software. 

    “This latest investment reflects both the extraordinary dedication of the team – whose work is redefining what’s possible – and the growing impact Canary is making across the industry. “We’re excited by the demand, and energised to expand our partnership with some of the leading hoteliers in the world,” he said.

    Brighton Park Capital (based in New York) is an investment firm that focuses on software, healthcare and tech enabled services companies at growth stage.

    Canary is now valued at $600,000,000. The company supports over 20,000 hotels across 100 countries.

    • The platform now supports more than 20,000 hotels across more than 100 countries.

    • The funding will be used to accelerate expansion and AI innovation.
