Hotel Crescent Court Brett Krafft has been appointed the new General manager of the in Dallas. An accomplished hospitality leader with a wealth of industry expertise, Krafft steps into this role poised to oversee the landmark hotel, including all facets of the 226-room luxury property—from operations, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and the exclusive guest- and members-only Crescent Club.

Krafft brings more than 40 years of experience in hospitality to his new role. He is well-known for his operational knowledge, talent development and ability to improve guest and team satisfaction. Krafft’s most recent role was as Area Manager at The Statler and Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. He managed a combined annual revenue of $46M+. Both properties grew dramatically under his leadership. His strategic direction won him the highest awards in the hotel industry, including the Hilton Award of Excellence for 2022 and 2024 and the Hilton SOAR Award 2019 for outstanding commercial performance.
Kirsten Snyder is the senior vice president for asset management at Crescent Real Estate. She said that Brett brings a unique blend of strategic insights and hands-on hospitality experience. “His results-driven mentality, coupled with an eye for innovation and his leadership style make him well suited to carry on Hotel Crescent Court’s legacy. He will also set new standards of excellence in every touchpoint, and continue to embrace the warm, sophisticated spirit that defines Texas roots.”
Krafft was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved to Dallas, Texas in 1982. Dallasite of his own choice, Krafft earned the CMP designation in 2002. He is active in the local community. He also served on industry boards such as the Hotel Association of North Texas and Dallas Tourism Public Improvement District. Brett spends time with Karla and his sons Chase, Bryce and Karla. They also enjoy outdoor sports like skiing and golfing.
