According to the latest financial filings made with the SEC, Booking Holdings’ CEO Glenn Fogel will earn $126.4 million as “compensation paid” by 2024.
Ariane Gorin, current Expedia CEO, was appointed on May 13th, 2024. She previously served as president of Expedia for Business.
In 2023, the SEC will begin reporting on compensation paid in 2022. The SEC aims to reflect the value of options and stock awards at year-end. Expedia’s stock price rose 23% last year, which was a key driver for Gorin’s award.
The SEC requires that CEOs’ total compensation be disclosed in summary compensation tables. In summary compensation tables, the SEC also requires disclosure of CEOs’ total award.
