With over 22 years of global culinary experience, Bhushan has cultivated a rich expertise in luxury hospitality, having worked with prestigious brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, JW Marriott, Rosewood Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Oberoi Hotels. His expertise includes all-day, fine dining as well as Garde Manger and large banquets. He places a high priority on innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Bhushan played a key role in elevating The Ritz-Carlton’s culinary reputation since joining the hotel. This was achieved through award-winning outlets like Ukiyo Aasmana Alta Vida as well as its renowned banquets. Under his leadership, the hotel has received numerous accolades—ranking among the Top 5 in F&B across APEC and achieving standout guest satisfaction scores (ITR), while exceeding fiscal targets by a 16% surplus in FY 2024.
Bhushan, in his new position, will be leading a team consisting of 87 chefs. In this role, he will continue to innovate, implement sustainability initiatives and provide refined, personalized experiences that reflect The Ritz-Carlton’s ethos. His passion for Indian regional cuisine, his guest-centric approach, and his understanding of global culinary trends, will enrich the food and beverage narrative at The Ritz-Carlton.
