L+R Hotels streamlines operations and tech, rethinks loyalty
L+R Hotels is a group that owns 115 properties in Europe, the U.S. and the Caribbean. It plans to announce a restructuring Monday aimed at centralized operations and streamlining technology systems. Joe Pettigrew, chief commercial officer of the group, said: “We’ve had a different set-up until today, so we didn’t have a lot of people who have heard about it.” L+R owns luxury hotels under the Iconic Luxury Hotels brand, as well as a mix urban and resort properties. Atlas Hotels, a division of L+R, is the company’s largest hotel chain.
