Hong Kong–based Ovolo Group and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts said Tuesday that five Ovolo hotels in Hong Kong and Australia totaling 450 keys will join the Wyndham brand this fall. The deal includes Ovolo Central in Hong Kong and four Australian properties: Ovolo Woolloomooloo in Sydney, South Yarra in Melbourne, The Valley in Brisbane, and Nishi in Canberra. Each property will be branded “a Wyndham hotel.” The deal only applies to Ovolo Hotels and not to Mamaka or other brands in the Ovolo group.
