    Auberge Resorts appoints Haro as MD for London flagship

    Etienne Héro has been appointed managing director at Cambridge House by Auberge Resorts Collection. its debut London hotel Opening in Mayfair spring 2026.

    Haro has 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, and most recently he was at The Mark Hotel New York. He held senior roles in Dubai’s Burj al Arab as well as Marrakech’s La Mamounia.

    The hotel is located in a historic Georgian house at 94 Piccadilly. It was developed in partnership by private equity firm Reuben Brothers.

    The former In and Out Military Club will be transformed into a 102-room hotel with a destination restaurant and spa on two levels, as well as a private members club.

    “It is an immense honour to be appointed as managing director of Cambridge House and lead this significant landmark into its next chapter, turning a storied home of great pedigree into a wonderful ground for distinctive experiences,” Haro said.

    “What Reuben Brothers have envisioned is fascinating, and with the deep sense of purpose of Auberge Resorts Collection, it will become a catalyst for creativity, connection and lasting memories,” he added.

    Highlights:

    • Etienne Haro has been named managing director of Cambridge House, Auberge Resorts Collection.

    • The hotel will open in Mayfair, London in spring 2026.

    • Haro brings 25 years of global hospitality experience, most recently as GM of The Mark Hotel in New York.

    • The luxury hotel will feature 102 rooms, a destination restaurant, a double-level spa, and a private members’ club.
