Ascott Limited has announced the signing Citadines Chennai Oragadam, a 113 unit serviced residence in association with Boss Inn International Palace Pvt Ltd. Ascott is expanding its operations into Oragadam – a fast-growing industrial and logistics hub – and reaffirming their commitment to India’s high-potential corridors.

Oragadam, a hub of industrial activity in Chennai, is home to 22 Fortune 500 companies and top global manufacturers. The suburb has been transformed into a powerhouse of real estate and an economic growth engine in the region with rapid infrastructure upgrades, smart cities initiatives, and a surge residential and commercial developments.

Citadines Oragadam Chennai will serve the growing number of corporate and business guests in the city. It offers 113 modern units, all-day eating, a fitness centre and a design that is a reflection of the brand’s trademark blend of comfort and efficiency.

Boss Inn International Palace Pvt Ltd is developing the property. This company, which has its headquarters in Chennai, will be entering the hospitality industry for the first-time under the leadership Mr. V S Nathan. He brings more than 30 years’ experience from the global hospitality, finance and technology sectors.

Ascott has now added to its already existing properties in Chennai. Citadines OMR Chennai, and Somerset Greenways Chennai serve the southern- and eastern-zones of the city. Ascott is now strategically located within Chennai and will anchor Ascott’s presence in the Western Industrial Corridor. It also offers excellent connectivity to both Chennai International Airport and upcoming Parandur International Airport, providing citywide coverage.
