Airbnb is expanding its tour inventory for its newly-relaunched Experiences division. Meanwhile, two rival tour platforms have claimed that Airbnb has been trying to poach their tour guides.
ToursByLocals in Canada, and Withlocals in the Netherlands both reported that people who had Airbnb email addresses set up accounts on their respective sites and then violated terms and conditions when they sent messages to tour guide recruiters to sign them up for Airbnb Experiences.
