Agoda’s CEO Omri Abendshtern says that while many travel companies reinvent loyalty programs by adding layers of points and benefits, the best program is simply to keep prices as low as possible.

Agoda’s loyalty program is a simple, basic system that offers discounts clearly visible. Skift reported that he found many loyalty programs confusing. “We are based on two principles. “I’m doing well if I can keep you interested and convinced that we will offer you the best possible price.”
It has been a successful strategy so far. It’s not an easy task. It’s a difficult financial and operational challenge to find the lowest prices across millions of listings, in dozens countries.
