Agoda’s loyalty program is a simple, basic system that offers discounts clearly visible. Skift reported that he found many loyalty programs confusing. “We are based on two principles. “I’m doing well if I can keep you interested and convinced that we will offer you the best possible price.”
It has been a successful strategy so far. It’s not an easy task. It’s a difficult financial and operational challenge to find the lowest prices across millions of listings, in dozens countries.
