US: Agilysys hospitality software and services companyThe Intelligent Guest Profiles program (IGP) was launched to give hotels and resorts a unified view of their guests to increase ancillary revenue.

Intelligent Guest Profiles is a service-based architecture that uses “subscribe and synchronize” capabilities. It continuously collects and shares real-time transactional, behavioural and preference data between Agilysys’ software applications and property, creating an overall view of the guest.

Agilysys claims IGP, unlike other guest profile services that collect data such as email address and phone number or name, can create personalized recommendations for hotel customers.

The software powered by guestsense.ai aggregates recency, frequency, and monetary (RFM value) metrics for each stay, and over time. This allows hotels and resorts to assess the lifetime value of a guest.

Agilysys’ PMS systems (Versa and Stay) as well as other revenue-related systems like Book4Time and membership are enabled.

Rohith KoriSenior Vice President for Corporate and Product Strategy at Agilysys, stated: “Intelligent Guest Profiles are a quantum leap in the way guest data is collected and shared. The data collection and sharing powered by guestsense.ai is light-years ahead of other software companies’ efforts to create unified profile. Agilysys Intelligent Guests Profile Services technology is a significant step forward in the intelligent collection and leveraging of guest data for enhancing personalised service across all properties and amenities.

You can find out more about this by clicking here. Monday 30th June 2-3pm BST, BHN and Agilysys are hosting a free webinar called Monetising the Guest Experience Register and join in the conversation to learn more. here.

    Highlights:

    • Powered by guestsense.ai, the software uses RFM metrics and spending patterns to assess guest lifetime value.

    • It is enabled across Agilysys’ PMS systems (Versa, Stay and LMS) and across ancillary revenue-related systems, including spa, golf, reserve dining and activities, membership and Book4Time.
