Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) is slated to be opened in early 2027. Enclave has been revealed as a new hallmark for Wynn’s Platinum-standard Hospitality. It will offer bespoke services, exceptional amenities and luxurious accommodations above the grandeur and splendor of the larger Wynn Al Marjan Island. Enclave, designed as a rarefied address with a focus on intimacy and privacy, is a world of its own.

Enclave is a coastal mansion that is conceived as an elegant and tranquil retreat. Guests are welcomed into a luxurious lobby by a private entrance, which can only be accessed by guests staying in residence. Enclave’s lobby salons are the prelude to an elegant processional gallery, which leads guests to private lifts that ascend to a hushed serenity with no more than fifteen suites on each floor. Enclave, located in the uppermost floors of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s 1,000-foot iconic tower, offers accommodations that are bathed in a serene palette of shades such as platinum, sapphire and cream.

Created by Wynn Design & Development, Enclave’s collection of accommodations comprises 313 rooms with six distinct plans, from Enclave King Suites at 800 square feet to two lavish two-story Royal Apartments measuring 16,000 square feet. In keeping with Wynn’s signature style of creating timeless, enduring spaces, the suites embrace guests in an aesthetic that is rooted in their breathtaking location in the skies, as well as the lore and influences of the region. In-room amenities are carefully curated to anticipate the needs of international travelers. This commitment to anticipatory services and amenities is reflected in the dual private in-room pantries: AM/PM provisions are displayed in separate cabinetry, and each suite type offers a refined product selection tailored to its specific suite type. The suites are designed with a keen eye for detail, and Wynn has taken into account cultural preferences and sensibilities. Wynn Al Marjan Island is expected to attract Wynn Resorts most sophisticated and diverse international clients, and Enclave’s accommodations reflect this in all its details.

The Wynn Tower’s Enclave will feature two Royal Apartments with unprecedented scale and extravagance. As the penultimate commissions of internationally renowned designers Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris) in collaboration with Wynn Design & Development, the Royal Apartments will be unrivaled by anything on the world stage of hospitality design and usher in a new era of Wynn’s signature approach to creating experiences of celebrated elegance and glamour.

Enclave’s private reserve pool, located along the east edge of the resort gardens, is a hallmark of its experience. Enclave guests can enjoy the sunsets over the Arabian Gulf and Wynn Al Marjan Island from this vantage point. Three pools, a private beach, and chic cabanas are all set in a lush tropical setting with private bungalows and chic cabanas. Beach butlers provide dining services on demand, anticipating guests’ needs from their poolside chaises, cabanas, and bungalows.

Enclave’s restaurant, located above the grand foyer, is the heart of the Enclave experience. It welcomes you into a stylish and timeless setting. The Enclave offers exclusive breakfast service to its guests. After that, the restaurant is transformed into a lively celebration of Lebanese food for lunch and dinner. Enclave, the new restaurant on Wynn Al Marjan Island, will be a culinary landmark for its authenticity and creativity.

The private Lobby Lounge, and Concierge Salon adjacent to it, are also central to the Enclave Experience. They can be found just off Enclave’s gallery promenade. The Lobby Lounge welcomes guests in an intimate living area with French doors leading to a romantically draped veranda. Afternoon tea is followed by morning coffee, then afternoon tea. Finally, the evening cocktail menu and champagne are served with a lebanese petit menu. The Lobby Lounge offers a level of luxury and conviviality that is similar to the storied lounges at Wynn Las Vegas, which are known for their award-winning mixology, design, and service.

Created and designed by Wynn Design & Development — the award-winning in-house powerhouse behind the brand’s global portfolio — Enclave’s design ethos is rich architecturally, yet relaxed and restrained to the senses, with an exceptional level of craft and artistry imported by Wynn Design from around the world for this singular new hotel address. The curated collection of art takes you on a story-telling journey from ancient to contemporary. Enclave is a place of delight and discovery, with a wealth of details.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, which spans more than 60 acres, is made up of 1,217 resorts rooms, 297 Enclave Suites, two Royal Apartments and four garden Townhomes. There are also 10 Marina Estates. In addition, there are 24 international restaurants, lounges, and clubs, a region’s most luxurious spa, and a shopping center with a flowering garden that frames some of the most famous luxury brands. Coral Court provides a stunning backdrop for all events, celebrations and meetings at the resort. Theatre entertainment will be revealed soon in the Showroom. A lush, verdant landscape blankets the stunning island resort. The 4,500 feet private beach surrounds 12 elaborate pools. Superyachts will be accommodated in a deep-water dock. Marina Estates are set up around the marina, on a peninsula with a guard gate. Wynn Al Marjan Island is on schedule with its construction. The 1,000 foot iconic spire will be completed in late 2025, and the resort should open by early 2027.
