The 23rd to the 27th floor guest rooms offer panoramic views. Bay View Rooms look out over the Rainbow Bridge while Canal View Rooms have a view that includes city highways, waterways, and canals. These rooms blend natural colors and soft lighting with spacious beds, functional workspaces and a comfortable environment.

On the first floor of the hotel, there is a Library Lounge, which has a large selection of comics and books in Japanese, English and Chinese. The lounge serves a mixed Japanese-Western breakfast buffet in the morning, transforms into a casual café during the day, and provides an ideal environment for remote work and online meetings with outlets and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel also offers five banquets rooms on its 3rd floor, 28th floor, and 29th. The rooms are suitable for both corporate events and private celebrations. They range from the elegant and sophisticated Golden Palm up to the Crystal Cove, located on the 29th floor.
