Dusit Hospitality Services (DHS), a subsidiary of Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has been appointed by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) to provide building management services at the super-luxury Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums – a flagship residential component of the pioneering The Forestias mixed-use development in Bangkok.
Set across six acres of verdant space by a newly planted 12-acre private forest in the city’s Bang Na district, Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums comprises six low-rise buildings offering a total of 269 residences – from one-bedroom units (63.33–69.15 sq m) to expansive penthouses exceeding 1,000 sq m.
The project, which is based on the concepts of Nurturing a Multi-Generational Lifestyle and Connecting to Nature, combines elegant communal spaces, sustainable architecture and wellness-focused innovations. This enables meaningful connections between generations and fosters a sense belonging.
The onsite facilities include an event area and coffee bar, family dining, a co-working and meeting space, as well as a fully equipped gym. DHS will be responsible for managing the common areas and buildings of Mulberry Grove the Forestias condominiums to Dusit’s internationally recognised standards. The company’s five-star hotel experience and signature brand, Thai-inspired graciousness, is now available in the residential market.
