The Hotels Network is a leader in marketing personalization technologies that drive direct channel growth for hotels.     Founded in 2015, The Hotels Network serves over 20,000 hotels across more than 100 countries, including celebrated brands such as Minor Hotels, One&Only Resorts, H World International and Preferred Hotels & Resorts. The Hotels Network’s track record is proven, with an average 32% increase in direct hotel bookings.

    Hoteliers are looking to boost their direct revenue and enhance the digital guest’s experience by delivering personalized offers and messages. The Hotels Network platform is the only cloud-based solution that integrates integrated pricing data with predictive personalization and cross-channel marketing.

    The Hotels Network uses proprietary AI agents, such as KITT, to leverage real-time behavior of users, predictive algorithms, ad hoc analytics, and other technologies. This allows hoteliers from the first contact with guests to engage them, convert them, and attract more business.
