Since partnering with IRIS, the team has seen 106% growth in mobile dining ordering volumes year on year, in addition to 128% year on year growth in F&B revenues.
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai has 294 suites and rooms, nine restaurants serving a variety of dishes. Situated on a private beach, in addition to the F&B venues, guests can also enjoy a host of recreational activities including watersports, tennis, yoga and six swimming pools.
Due to the size of the service and the operational requirements, it was important to the team to adopt a more streamlined method to both manage and fulfil guest requests efficiently in order to maximize revenue and to also deliver a digitally improved guest experience.

The QR codes placed in strategic areas made mobile dining available to guests. Direct integration with the POS allowed orders to be delivered digitally to the kitchens.
The guests also benefitted from an easier to understand version of the menu. They can order items at any time and from anywhere. The menu is even more accessible by allowing guests to send messages to the chef to specify any allergies or dietary restrictions.
