It is not surprising that his affordable and exciting tasting menus, starting at $70, feature a lot of Spanish-reared meat paired with unusual flavors like an Iberian hamburger with lavender sauce. The restaurant’s quality was so high that it received a Bib Gourmand Award for both taste and value.
