Wildlife 

Kenya and Tanzania are home to lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, hyaenas, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. They can also be visited by the famous wildebeests migration. In Kenya, visitors have more chances to see rhinos, mature elephants (called “tuskers”), and rare animals like Rothschild’s giraffes, grévy’s zebras and somali ostriches. Visitors to Tanzania can view wild chimpanzees and lion prides. They can also witness the birth of wildebeests and the amazing mass of animals in February and March.

Both Tanzania and Kenya are home to vast amounts of protected land. Tanzania has more protected land, including Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. There are many landmarks in Tanzania.
