The study evaluated and analyzed the strengths of nine vendors in order to promote positive guest experiences. The evaluation also included key capabilities such as integration and partnerships; user experience; innovation; data reporting and analytics.

The comfort/midscale segment accounts for the largest share of its clients, followed by the full-service and budget/limited services brands.
