Hyatt Hotels Corporation entered into management agreements for The Unbound Collection brand with Chai Talay Hotel Company Limited and Narai Hotel Company Limited in Thailand. The Barai Hua Hin Hotel as well as the Narai Hotel are the first two properties to carry this brand.
The Barai Hua Hin The hotel is set to open by the end of 2026. The resort will be adjacent to the Hyatt Regenency Huahin and feature a wellness focus. The property includes 90 rooms, suites, a spa, a central swimming pool, gardens, two restaurants, and a wellness center. The Barai Spa will feature 18 treatment rooms as well as eight residential spa suites.

The Hatai project will house the 250-room hotel, as well as dining, retail and community space. The property will include an all-day eating restaurant, a roof top restaurant, a bar, fitness facilities and a pool.
