Ayala Land Hospitality, Ayala Land, Inc.’s hospitality division, has partnered up with IDeaS, an SAS company, which is the world’s leading provider for hospitality revenue management services and software. The partnership forms part of Ayala Land Hospitality’s broader transformation strategy, aimed at strengthening commercial capabilities and future proofing its growing hotel portfolio in the Philippines.

After a competitive evaluation, ALH chose the IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System to improve pricing, forecasting and operational efficiency for its Seda Hotel and El Nido Resorts brand. This technology allows ALH the ability to respond quickly to market changes, to drive greater profitability, and to give teams more time for strategic, customer-centric initiatives.

George Aquino said that the partnership with IDeaS is in line with Ayala’s long-term strategy of creating a hospitality organization that is more intelligent, responsive and performance driven. “As we scale across diverse market segments and geographies, we need systems that help us make better decisions—faster.”

Jurgen Orelee, the Managing director of APAC IDeaS, said: “We are proud to be a part of Ayala Land Hospitality’s transformational journey.” “Their vision of modern, data driven hospitality aligns with IDeaS’ mission to empower industry with intelligent solutions and deliver meaningful impact.”

The move is one of several strategic investments ALH is making to elevate its commercial approach—alongside digital upgrades, guest experience platforms, and loyalty.
