Hilton’s Caribbean expansion has been boosted by the opening of Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas. It is the first Hilton property to be opened in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The hotel is located opposite Havensight Mall with a view of Long Bay. It has 126 rooms. Hilton has a strategy to increase its presence in Caribbean where they currently operate approximately 50 hotels.
Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas, owned by Haven Development and operated by Hotel Equities offers amenities such as a 3,800-square foot patio, a 2,00-square-foot deck and 850-square feet of event area. The hotel includes a fitness room and The Helm, a bar and lounge with full service that is open to all.
Hotel guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and a lounge with views of the Bay. The hotel is located near shopping and dining, with Charlotte Amalie attractions only 1.5 miles away. Cyril E. King Airport, 4.1 miles, and Magens Bay Beach, 4.5 mile away. Near the cruise pier, this hotel is accessible to travelers arriving via sea.
