Evermore Orlando Resort, located just outside of Walt Disney World’s gates, is changing the way vacation accommodations are perceived. Evermore Orlando Resort, developed by Dart Interests under the leadership of President Chris Kelsey is not just another luxury lodging option. Evermore is a solution to group travel’s pain points, including inconsistent rentals, poor service and logistical overload.

Kelsey stated, “When we get together with those we love and care for, we cherish the simple moments of joyous connection.” “The Evermore Residences are purpose-built to make it as easy as possible for families and friends — especially large groups — to get to the benefits of time well spent together.”

With group travel on the rise — including multigenerational trips, milestone celebrations, and experience-first getaways — the demand for flexible, elevated, and reliable accommodations is growing. According to Skift Research31% of U.S. travellers express an interest in multigenerational vacations. Evermore’s hospitality model is tailored to meet the demand of multigenerational travelers. The comforts of home are combined with the predictability and polish of a resort. The “alphabooker” or primary planner of the group is at the core of this vision.

We explore below how Evermore can solve the problems of today’s group travelers and what this means for the future residential hospitality.

    Rethinking Group Getaways

For many travelers, group vacations come with compromise — unpredictable home rentals, logistical confusion, and limited amenities. Evermore was created to address these problems from the ground-up.

Kelsey stated that the guest experience “was shaped by our vacations.” “We’ve all been there — that moment when you open the door to the vacation home rental and think, ‘This can’t be it.’ The space is smaller, it’s not as clean, or doesn’t look like the photo — and suddenly your whole trip feels off.”

Evermore eliminates the uncertainty of renting a vacation house by offering the same comfort, scale, and consistency as a hotel, along with similar quality, service, and consistency. He added, “We solved the problems of security and service that are often associated with renting a person’s home.”

The result is a resort built to make togetherness easier and more enjoyable — for families, friends, and large groups alike.

    Built for Alphabooker

Evermore is designed to cater for a particular type of traveler who is often overlooked: the alphabooker. This person is responsible for organizing the entire trip.

Kelsey stated that there is always a leader who will step up and take charge of the group. They are the ones to arrange the date, the place, the rooms, the money, the meal plans, etc. “The traveler we call the ‘alphabooker’ is a true unsung hero, and our mission is to make their job easier and more fun.”

The mission of the property is evident in everything from flexible accommodation with multiple bedrooms to payment splitting options and pre-arranged group dining experiences. The goal for groups of 10 to 20 is to simplify the process and reduce the workload on the coordinator.

Enhancing the Stay Through Immersive Design

While Evermore’s design prioritizes functionality — with private pools at every home, family-friendly bunk rooms, and spacious common areas — it also delivers something less common among large-scale vacation rentals in Orlando: an immersive, resort-caliber environment that blends comfort with curated experiences.

Kelsey explained that “we didn’t reinvent family vacations, but we reimagined home, services, culinary experience and all of the fun supporting activities to maximize large groups’ time spent together.”

Evermore Bay is the centerpiece of this experience, an 8-acre crystalline lagoon with white sand beaches, paddleboarding, rope swings and plenty of space to relax. Orlando is a crowded destination. Kelsey stated that while the parks are exhilarating and exciting, they can be exhausting. Evermore was designed to be an antidote for the theme park experience. It is a place where guests can relax or be active as they choose.

Kelsey is surprised that the resort’s immersive experience appeals to more than Disney families. “A significant portion of guests choose Evermore over beach destinations,” Kelsey noted.

A brand that challenges the status quo with a bold vision

The Evermore team believes that the property is the beginning of a whole new category and not a one-off. Dart Interests is a real-estate development and investment firm that owns and operates the resort. This allows the company to have full control over the operation and provide a consistent customer experience.

“Real connection happens when everyone — friends, family, kids, grandparents — gets what they need from the same trip,” said Kelsey. “We created Evermore so that our guests could enjoy their special moments without any compromise or disappointment.”

The resort has more to offer than just accommodation. There are 13 dining establishments, 36 golf holes, and an array of curated activities. And services like “Evermore to Your Door” — featuring in-residence four-course meals paired with a mixologist — elevate the experience further.

We don’t want [guests] Thinking about cleaning or cooking is not a good idea. We want to immerse them in the experience of connecting with one another. Kelsey replied, “Let us do the rest.”

Evermore is also a member of the Hilton Honors Program, which allows guests to earn and redeem Hilton Honors points while still enjoying the benefits that come with a real resort stay. Kelsey says that joining Hilton Honors changed the game. It gives guests more choices and allows them to access the amenities that they have come to expect.

The future of group travel is the combination of flexibility and consistency with immersive design. This is what a growing number travelers are looking for. “We are reimagining what it means to stay — and play — together.”
