Accor has once again extended a heartfelt “ALL Thanks To You” to its valued business partners, as part of a now-annual event celebrating loyalty and collaboration.

In 2025, 17 cities in Asia Pacific will host the ALL Thanks To You Client Appreciation Weeks. In the Pacific, the week-long programmes in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland saw Accor’s national sales team join forces with approximately 75 participating hotels from Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Singapore, spanning 18 of the Group’s brands – with the largest ever sales force mobilisation across the Pacific to date.

The initiative included personalised sales calls and engaging events that brought clients from all key segments together, from Travel Management Companies and Online Agencies to corporates, entertainment, Meeting & Events, sport, airlines and beyond. The engagements included three major evenings to show appreciation at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour and Sofitel Melbourne.

Each event was designed to shine a light on Accor’s leading brands through immersive experiences that celebrated the essence of each brand – all delivered with a spirit of hospitality and gratitude.

    • Pullman – Mindful Moment: Art is in Pullman’s DNA, with guests invited to get creative with a city-themed colouring wall.
    • Novotel – Make Every Moment Count: A resort-style photo backdrop offering guests the chance to relax and take home a holiday-inspired photo keepsake.
    • Mövenpick – Sweet Moment: A decadent chocolate station to capture the indulgent spirit of the Mövenpick brand.
    • ibis – Playful Moment: The ibis Lounge brings the brand’s energetic spirit to life with DJs, saxophonists, and entertainers in a vibrant, music-filled setting.

The client weeks presented an opportunity for sales teams to reaffirm Accor’s commitment to its partners – sharing updates on new hotel developments, brand evolution, and sustainability milestones as part of the Group’s journey toward net zero by 2050.

One of the most important moments for us is to express our gratitude and appreciation to valued clients and business partners. You can also read about the importance of this in our article Adrian Williams is Accor Pacific’s Chief Operating officer. It is the perfect time to thank everyone for their trust and partnership, which has helped us grow. These weeks are about celebrating the progress we have made across the Pacific.

From luxury to economy, Accor operates more than 20 international brands across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia, including Sofitel, MGallery, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Peppers, The Sebel, Mantra, Handwritten Collection, Novotel, TRIBE, Mercure, BreakFree, ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget, as well as Ennismore’s Hyde, SO/ and Mondrian.
