    Profitroom launches AI Agent in order to reduce admin and increase direct bookings

    Booking Platform Profitroom The launch of a virtual assistant that is designed to drive direct bookings for hoteliers and pub owners.

    This means more than 3,500 operators globally with Profitroom can upsell personalised packages around the clock and consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences,  without adding to staff workloads.

    The AI Agent tool provides real-time multilingual support to guests across multiple channels, including hotel websites, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

    The tool, powered by AI, automatically responds with tailored packages, and increases conversions by guiding the user through the booking process using personalized prompts and “Book Now” buttons.

    AI Agent seamlessly integrates with Profitroom’s Booking Engine, ensuring that it is always up-to-date with the most recent offers, pricing, and availability.

    Bookings are more responsive, intuitive and efficient. This allows receptionists to concentrate on providing quality service.

    Patryk Luszcz, UK regional Director of Profitroom, stated: “Hoteliers today are under great pressure. Teams are stretched thin, costs are on the rise, and guests’ expectations are at an all-time high. AI Agent is designed to alleviate some of this pressure.

    “Both operators and guests have had it with chatbots which are not responsive.

    This tool is different because it was built by hotel workers.

    It understands the day-to-day work of operators and continues to learn. It is designed to fit straight into your set-up and make a positive difference from the first day, not add more work.

    Profitroom’s recent research suggests that customers are abandoning chatbots when they encounter rigid or outdated systems.
