Four Seasons Hotel Baku announces the appointment of Saakshee Gahlawat as its new General Manager, bringing with her more than 15 years of international experience in luxury hospitality and a profound dedication to service excellence.
Saakshee was born in Udhampur in India. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of London with a focus on Human Resources, and a Certificate of Higher Education (CHE) in Hospitality, from Oxford Brookes University. Saakshee’s career spans diverse geographies, including the USA UK Bermuda and Southeast Asia where she worked with multi-cultural and diverse teams.
In 2019, her journey began with Four Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel London Park Lane, where she was named Director of Rooms. She then grew to the position of Hotel manager in 2022. She led a team with more than 400 employees and was instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, colleague engagement and financial results. She worked closely with the Regional Vice President and General Manager on the hotel’s multi-million-pound renovation, including the successful launch of its Michelin-starred restaurant, Pavyllon London — which earned its star within just six months of opening. In 2025, she will be the Task Force General Director at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
Saakshee is now the General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, bringing her international expertise and values of luxury hospitality to this gem on the Caspian coastline.
