The Coniston Hotel Country Estate and Spa Tim O’Sullivan is the new General Manager of the company.
O’Sullivan brings 25 years of experience in hospitality, having served as a general manager of the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, and prior to that, he led Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, where he oversaw a major refurbishment and launched a new dining concept.
He spent 19 years in Whitbread, holding various senior positions.
O’Sullivan said: “I’m thrilled to be joining The Coniston at such a pivotal moment. The estate is a truly unique offering, from the award-winning spa to the breathtaking landscape and dynamic hospitality. “I look forward to working closely with the talented team in order to create an experience that will continue to delight and surprise every guest.”
Located in the Yorkshire Dales Coniston Hotel is a 1000-acre country estate offering 71 bedrooms, self-catering cottages, and a restaurant, bar and spa.
The resort also hosts private events and weddings, as well as a range of activities on site, including a Land Rover Off Roading Experience, clay pigeon shoot, archery, and fishing.
