US: New England based development and management firm Lark will debut Cambridge Common House in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The 16-room hotel will be located at 2 Garden Street just outside Harvard Square and open its doors in late 2025. Rooms have been designed by Elder & Ash.

The firm says that the portfolio of about 75 independent, spirited properties provides “compelling guests experiences through distinctive brand, local storytelling and thoughtful, place based design”.
