    Independent Hotel Show registration opens for 2025

    Registration is now open for the Independent Hotel Show, to be held at Olympia London on the 6th and 7th October 2025. 

    This is the UK’s only hotel trade show devoted exclusively to independent boutique and luxury hotels. 

    The show attracts thousands, including hoteliers, interior decorators, hospitality industry leaders, and experts. 

    This year’s theme is Redefining Luxury. It is expected that the show will examine how independent hospitality responds to the shifting guest experiences. 

    The live content will be spread across three stages. 

    • The Hotel stage, in partnership eviivo will address operational and strategic challenges.
    • The Innovation Stage will host discussions about emerging technologies, guest behaviours and changing technologies.
    • The Social Business Space, designed by Ches & Co, will give hoteliers a chance to engage in focused, peer-led conversations and interactive workshops.

    The Independent Hotel Show Awards, in partnership with Preferred Hotels & Resorts, will also award prizes to notable hotels and individuals across categories including Independent Hotel of the Year, Hotel Design of the Year, Hotel Rising Star, and an Outstanding Contribution award announced on the day of the event.
