Rosewood, UAE Hotels & Resorts The brand will debut in Dubai with the opening of Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai by 2029.
Peninsula Dubai is a waterfront development located in Jumeirah beach. The project is owned by Bright Start and is being developed by H&H.
Rosewood Dubai has 195 guest rooms and 8 garden villas. The hotel will feature a private beach, beach club, wellness centre, four restaurants and an Explorers Club for children. There will be a curated program of music, art and culinary events.
The Rosewood Residences, which are adjacent to each other, will consist of 63 private units as well as five beachfront villas. Residents will also have access to a concierge and spa, as well as private cinemas, lounges, libraries, and a court of padel.
