    Kevin Dingle named Chief Development Officer of Stonebridge

    Kevin Dingle is now Chief Development officer at Stonebridge. Stonebridge is a privately owned hotel management firm based in Denver. Dingle’s role will be to lead the development team of Stonebridge and its strategy for all types of properties and geographical areas.

    Dingle, who has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, joins Stonebridge after serving as Senior Vice President for Development and Acquisitions at Aimbridge. Dingle was a co-founder of Compass Lodging Advisors before joining Aimbridge. This hotel acquisitions firm also managed assets. Dingle began his career in real estate with Crow Holdings. As Vice President for Acquisitions, he oversaw acquisitions of $750,000,000 and dispositions of properties.

    Rob Smith is the CEO of Stonebridge. “Kevin’s deep capital market knowledge, his strong investor relations, and his track record for delivering results in all market cycles make him a dynamic, experienced leader.” His entrepreneurial background and institutional expertise align perfectly with Stonebridge’s strategy of smart growth.     Dingle holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Houston. He is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of CFA Society of Dallas Fort Worth.
