Hunter Hotel Advisors facilitated the sale of the 127-key Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs). Franklin Hospitality Group LLC bought the property for an amount that was not disclosed.

Tim Osborne SVP of Hunter, on behalf an institutional seller, facilitated the deal.

The property is located off I-65 and offers easy access to attractions and landmarks in the area, just south of Nashville. Nashville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. The hotel, located in a rapidly growing office corridor, is near major corporate players such as Nissan North America In-N-Out Burger, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This area is a hub of development, with over 150 new projects in progress, including Nashville Yards and River North. Both are transformative mixed use developments that have contributed more than 10 billion dollars to the infrastructure and growth of Nashville.

“We’re thrilled to welcome the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs) into our growing portfolio,” said Urvi Patel, Franklin Hospitality Group LLC. This acquisition is a reflection of our commitment to expand in dynamic markets, and enhance guest experiences in greater Nashville. We plan to begin renovations in a couple of months to elevate both service offerings and the property’s overall guest appeal.”

The hotel has been renovated in 2019 and offers guests a fitness centre, 240 square feet of meeting space, and an outdoor pool. The hotel has 240 sq.
