    OYO and IBS Software partner to drive digital transformation in the hospitality industry

    Atlanta, 1 August 2025 – Global travel tech company OYO The partnership with IBS Software Accelerate global digital transformation. OYO, its portfolio brands, including Sunday, Belvilla Dancenter Traum Check My Guest Motel 6 Studio 6 and Sunday will be included.

    In addition, the collaboration will explore partnerships that offer packages that include hotel reservations, airline tickets, ground transportation and activities. The partnership also aims to enter into the resorts sector by leveraging IBS’s proprietary software. A key focus will be on integrating OYO’s membership programs with its hotels and homes brands. This allows guests and owners to benefit from a variety of offers worldwide, including in high-tourism areas such as Europe and the UK.

    IBS Software’s iStay Platform has enabled the global travel tech firm to unlock new operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

    iStay CRIt is a platform with high performance that manages pricing, content and availability across all channels in real-time. The platform includes tools for managing corporate and group sales, as well as property configuration. This will help drive conversions across all sales channels. The CRS will continue integrating seamlessly with OYO’s broader technology ecosystem.
