    NEW YORK – Loews Hotels & Co Redefining the hotel beverage industry with Fizz by Loews HotelsThe new program is a soda-centric one, designed for today’s guests. The program is set to launch this summer across the country. Fizz by Loews Hotels Loews hotels offer a variety of refreshing and customizable sodas, spritzers, and other drinks made in-house.

    While soda has enjoyed a cultural resurgence, there is also a growing interest in drinking mindfully. Fizz by Loews Hotels Loews, the first hospitality company to fully embrace this new trend through a culinary program, has a timely response and is thoughtful.

    Build on the Success of the Free Spirited by Loews Hotels Program – The brand’s signature, curated low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage program is designed to bring the level of craft and attention to spirit-free drinks. This new offering reflects the growing preference among guests for mindful consumption, without compromising on flavor, experience or fun.     Fizz by Loews Hotels is a program that celebrates the art and science of carbonation. It’s creative, seasonal, and customizable.     Loews hotels across the country are bringing Fizz alive with local menus and on-site experiences that are tailored to each destination.

    Signature Menus at Fizz by Loews Hotels

    Each property has a seasonal collection of sodas made in-house. Loews “Fizzologists”, who are experts in the creation of sodas, use fresh herbs and local ingredients to create their own. They also make them themselves using house-made syrups and homemade herbs. Each beverage can be customized with alcohol or spirit-free.

    • Blossom breeze at Loews Kansas City Hotel
      • This vibrant spritz is a combination of cherry mint syrup and lime juice. Ginger syrup is then added, followed by club soda, for a slightly spicy, balanced finish. The ginger syrup is made by simmering ginger slices in water. It’s then strained to remove any impurities. This summer’s favorite is light, fizzy, refreshing and served on the 7th-floor patio.
    • Loews Beach Hotel, Miami: Lychee Luscious
      • A tropical twist on the classic spritz, Lychee Lush mixes lychee purée, fresh raspberries, yuzu juice, and simple syrup, then tops it all off with soda water. This bright, fruity drink, served in a Diamond Rocks glass, is topped with a signature foam of lychee and fresh mint.
    • Peach Fizz Live! by Loews – St. Louis
      • Made with peach purée sourced from Eckert’s Family Farms, this seasonal sipper combines lemon juice and simple syrup to highlight Missouri’s local bounty. Served over ice and garnished with a peach slice, the Peach Fizz offers a just-right balance of sweet and tart – a tribute to St. Louis summer flavors.
    • Strawberry Mint at Loews Hotel Arlington
      • Lemon juice and strawberries are added to the syrup after it has been simmered. Topped with soda water and served on the rocks, this drink delivers the fresh, fruit-first essence of a summer garden – crisp, clean, and crafted for easy sipping.
    • Piña Colada Pop at Loews Coronado Bay Resort
      • This tropical drink is made by combining coconut syrup with pineapple juice. The mixture is shaken, strained, and then poured into a tiki-style glass. What’s the result? A light, bubbly take on a classic piña colada – playful, nostalgic, and made for ocean-side lounging.
    • Watermelon Crawl at Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza
      • Watermelon Crawl, a non-alcoholic favorite, is made with watermelon juice and lime juice. Basil leaves are muddled in the mixture and strained to add a subtle herbal touch. This bold, balanced and highly sippable drink is topped with soda water, served over ice and a nod to Nashville’s summer heat.

    Additionally, Loews will launch theFizz Cart, a mobile cart that rolls out poolside and at rooftop venues, offering made-to-order soda creations from resident ‘Fizzologists.”

    Each drink is more than a simple beverage – it’s also a regional experience that draws on local influences and uses fresh ingredients. The program is designed for people of all ages, regardless of their drinking habits. It combines nostalgia with modern creativity to prove that being mindful doesn’t mean minimalism, and soda can be a joy in and of itself.
