M/s Anuprit Solutions Private Limited, a prominent hospitality company in Ayodhya, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company by number of properties, to develop a new upscale hotel, the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ayodhya Masodha.
The 120-room greenfield development is expected to feature a wide range of amenities, including a restaurant that serves food all day, large banquet and conference spaces, a swimming pool, spa and other premium features. The hotel, which is currently in advanced planning, will open in 2028.
Ayodhya continues to draw millions of tourists and pilgrims every year. The city, which is one of India’s most rapidly-growing religious tourism centers, is undergoing a significant transformation thanks to government-led investment in infrastructure, riverfront developments, and ecotourism. The launch of the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport has further improved its connectivity, along with strong road and railway networks.
The project is a further demonstration of Wyndham’s commitment to expand in India’s Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, particularly in the fast-evolving leisure and religious markets.
