It simplifies complicated trip planning, and increases visibility for hotels. ALBIE’s collaborative travel planning approach is based on flexibility in booking orders and seamless management of guest details.

    BookBoost: CRM & Guest Messaging

BookBoost Chatbots provide 24/7 customer support and a unified email inbox to streamline guest communication. The platform’s combination of CRM, CDP and guest messaging with workflow automation helps hotels to personalize guests’ experiences while managing data efficiently. Its automations, segmentation and cross-platform insight make it an effective tool for marketing and operations teams.

    Ediphi AI + VR Training

Ediphi is an AI-powered training platform that uses immersive, conversational experiences — including virtual reality — to simulate real-world scenarios. The platform allows teams in hospitality to learn through doing. They can track progress and receive certifications. This is a new approach to employee onboarding and development.

    Eeva: In-Room Amenities

Eeva It is a compact and plumbing-free 2-in-1 dryer/washer designed for hotel rooms. The washer and dryer is designed to be used with standard outlets. It also includes a removable canister of water. A 90-minute cycle can be offered as a room amenity or an upgrade.

    Levee: Housekeeping AI

Levee Connects with property systems to provide real-time support for housekeeping teams, including room inspections and training. Brand standards compliance is also supported. Using vision AI, housekeepers scan rooms post-cleaning to receive instant feedback — catching things like missing towels before guests do. This reduces the number of room inspectors, and ensures consistency and quality.

    SEE Carbon zero: Sustainability Automation

    Siv: Sales Lead Response

Siv AI can instantly respond to RFPs received via email, text or phone. It integrates directly into existing hospitality tools and allows hotel teams to reply in minutes, instead of days. The goal: speed up conversions without replacing salespeople — freeing them to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
