Céleste has made its summer comeback on the 10th-floor rooftop terrace of Cheval Blanc Paris, from 1st July 2025.
Its winter bubble fades away to reveal an open-air terrace with breathtaking views over the capital’s most iconic landmarks – from the Notre-Dame Cathedral to the golden dome of Les Invalides, from the Musée d’Orsay to the Eiffel Tower.
As the sun slowly descends on the rooftops in Paris, the atmosphere is warmed by golden light and gentle musical accompaniment.
This season, the ephemeral cocktail bar has a refined menu that blends timeless classics with an curated selections of Champagnes or wines. Each drink is paired up with delicate bites prepared by Chef Arnaud Dockele.
