Minor Hotels, a Bangkok-based hospitality company, announced four new hotel brands Thursday. The group has an ambitious expansion plan that aims to reach 850 properties in the world by 2027. This represents a growth of approximately 50%.
The new brands include:
- The Wolseley HotelsMinor’s 2022 purchase of the London restaurant, an iconic landmark, inspired a luxury brand. Each property has a Wolseley cafe or restaurant.
- iStayA limited-service brand of hotels that offers budget options in cities.
Minor is expecting to announce its first properties in a few months.
In 57 countries, the group operates nine established hotel brands including Anantara Collection, NH Collection and Avani. The group also operates a variety of services such as luxury train, riverboats and beach clubs.

The launch will follow Minor Hotels’ masterbrand restructuring In March, which consolidated their loyalty program under a single Minor Discovery platform Upgraded digital infrastructure
