Hilton launched its new hotel brand, LivSmart Studios, on Tuesday in Tullahoma Tennessee. This is part of the company’s expansion into the extended-stay sector to appeal to a traveling workforce.
Hilton announced its 19th brand in January 2024. The property, with 89 suites, is the first Hilton hotel to open. The brand is intended for guests staying at least 20 nights, which is much longer than Hilton’s other extended stay brands Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites.
Isaac Lake is the brand leader. “This brand was created to be extremely profitable,” he said.
Hilton has more than 90 LivSmart Studios contracts signed in the U.S. – including 12 in Texas. Lake s, its development team is working on 225 deals.
