Rebecca has been in the hospitality business for almost two decades, and she’s worked with some of world’s top brands. Her extensive experience has helped her to develop a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a brand’s reputation, while also implementing innovative ideas. Her career has seen her consistently improve hotel performance by focusing on quality and engaging guests, implementing smart revenue management strategies, and leading pre-openings.
Rebecca has recently joined JA Ocean View Hotel and brings with her her passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences. In her current role, Rebecca specialises in leading team members to personalise services, making sure every stay is unique and memorable.
