IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of two new hotels, Kimpton and EVEN Hotels Jeddah King Abdullah Sports City (KASC) – in partnership with Koushan Real Estate Development Company. The new hotels will be located within the King Abdullah Sports City masterplan, which is a landmark district around the stadium that will hold the FIFA World Cup in 2034. They are scheduled to open in 2028. This marks a significant milestone for IHG in the rapidly-evolving hospitality industry of the Kingdom.
The dual-branded project brings together IHG’s premium lifestyle brands EVEN Hotels and Kimpton, IHG’s boutique luxury lifestyle brand. Together, the two brands will cater to guests of all types, including sports fans and athletes from around the world, as well as wellness-conscious business travelers and high end guests.
The two hotels, strategically located in Jeddah’s northern part, offer easy access to the major infrastructure such as the stadium, retail, and leisure zones, along with King Abdulaziz International Airport..
