Abu Dhabi: Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Eagle Hills, a private real estate development companyFor a luxury island retreat scheduled to open by 2030.
Located on a horseshoe-shaped island, Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will feature a 60 room resort with 30 villas and 90 mansions.
The resort will comprise a main building with 60 guest rooms on various floor levels, including two Bvlgari Suites and a Bvlgari Penthouse, and 30 beachside villas each with a private pool.
The Bvlgari Villa has five bedrooms and is set in its own private park. It leads to a private 20-meter swimming pool, as well as a beach.
Dining venues will include two Italian restaurants – Il Caffè and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito – along with a Japanese dining concept Hōseki, a Turkish restaurant La Spiaggia, and the Bvlgari Bar.
Bvlgari offers a chocolate and pastry shop as well as other amenities Dolci, boutique store La Galleria Bvlgari has a spa with a fitness centre, outdoor deck, pool, and local and international designers.
The residential component of the project will include 90 private mansions, ranging between 1,650 and 2,500 square metres, and will introduce eight estates – each with its own private beach. Some of the mansions feature docks for boats up to 25 metres long. Others overlook an interior cove.
The landscape will be designed by LAND SRL.
